The Queens County (NY) Region of the Vintage Chevrolet Club of America (VCCA) was established in September of 2001.
Our first director (and motivating force) was Warren Kroe, the proud owner of a 1957 Chevrolet Panel Truck.
The objective of the club was (and still is) to create an atmosphere for people who have committed themselves to work for the restoration and display of vintage automobiles. It is not necessary to have a vintage Chevrolet or, in fact, to have any vintage car. This philosophy is consistent with the credo of the national VCCA.
Over the years we have had many members pass through the organization, and currently only four (4) of the members are founding fathers.
We work together, sharing ideas, thoughts and solutions as well as hosting an annual show for the benefit of the community.
We welcome new members and the doors to our meetings are always open to anyone wishing to learn more.
